12” diam approx: charger plate or flat bowl with up to 3cm lip
2 x blocks of foam
Quantity of Medium sized leaves eg. Hedera, rubus, magnolia, Laurel, (or a mixture for added interest)Decorative pinsFew kebab sticksSelection of small flowers, berries, grasses, clematis vine, sedum or other interesting foliage, (ideally just things from the garden ) Small amount of moss A few crab apples or similar small fruit.

Most importantly you must bring Enthusiasm!!!

Hazelwood Neighbourhood Junior flower arranging day's

Hazelwood Neighbourhood centre set up a summer programme for juniors full of activities including flower arranging. We went along and taught the children the art of flower arranging. Here are some images from the two weeks we were there. All images of children have been given permission to be published by their parents.

July workshop

In July we had a fantastic workshop with Vicki Tuffen on how to make the perfect pedestal.

Visitors are £5.00.  The meeting starts at 7.30 p.m.
